Raster operations

swectral.croproi(raster_path, ...[, ...])	Crop a region of interest (ROI) from a raster image and save croped region to a new image.
swectral.resample_roi(coord_lists, ...[, ...])	Randomly resample a multi-part ROI into a list of new multi-part ROIs.
swectral.pixel_apply(image_path, ...[, ...])	Apply a function to process the 1D spectra of every pixel of a raster image.
